Oddly, although the bangus was already store-bought (Pixie’s) and all we had to do was prepare the ensaladang talong, make the warm vinaigrette, reheat the rice, set the table, wake everyone up for lunch–it still took a gazillion dishes and a million minutes!

It was fun, though. And it’s so much funner seeing everything getting wiped out so quickly after praying for the meal.
